The PICAXE Schools Experimenter board is ideal for letting students play around with the simplicity of a PICAXE 08M on a convenient board with an interesting set of accessories. Interfaced with the PICAXE 08M are:

• CdS Photo resistor
• Red / Yellow / Green LEDs
• Piezo speaker
• Switch array for toggling in/out accessories and setting defaults

These features let you do a fair number of interesting projects inexpensively. And being quite simple, the initial assembly is a good exercise in practical soldering!

Not included are 3 AA batteries (the holder is included), and a PICAXE download cable (serial or USB)
