The QTI Line Follower kit gives the Boe-Bot basic ground detection and line following capabilities. It uses a multi-sensor array to detect and report color changes in the ground immediately ahead of it. As the programmer, you have complete control of the QTI sensor array. With this level of control you can easily develop a wide range of line following and navigational algorithms. Some typical applications could include the obvious line chasing but may also include the more advanced obstacle detection and avoidance.
