ZVN2106 FET
This low-voltage N-channel FET is great for powerful solarengine designs.
Although somewhat more expensive than the transistors, there are some designs that absolutely rock when a low-voltage Zetex FET like this is used. It's a good substitute for where 2N7000 FETs are called for.
The P-channel version of this FET is our TRZVP2106.
