Description

These containers are amazing at diffusing light, place a wide-angle LED (or LEDs) inside for a brilliant lighting effect. They are also dual-walled polypropylene (PP) plastic with an air gap inside which makes for a sturdy design. These containers can withstand quite a beating, trust us on this one, we’ve done some pretty destructive testing :). After some initial testing we knew the containers were rugged and weatherproof but we wanted to see if they were also waterproof so we submerged 10 overnight and had some surprising results: 7 out of 10 containers were completely dry inside, as for the other 3 they had some intrusion but weren’t completely flooded.

These containers are also great for storing small components and hardware and they stack quite nicely. Oh yeah, and just for clarity, yes, the lid is included!

They make for a nice and soft night light too when teamed up with the SB-FireFly (Red LED mod) and a Mag1 for a Firefly in a jar project!
