Greetings, ye fine fellow travelers of yon internet. This week you’ll find that we have three new and completely unrelated items to show off:
- 17010 3-AA Battery Holder – This three-cell holder has 9V-style snap connectors, and can create 4.5V with Alkaline batteries.
- 17390 Tact Switch – A push-button style switch that’s compact, inexpensive and can mount on most breadboards.
- 14080 USB A to Min-B Cable – Finally, something to connect to your Freeduino with!
Yup, none of these have anything interesting in common. That being said, if you can build a robot with these three items and only these three items, we will be blown away.
And just to follow up on one Mr Demers’ desktop energy seed lamp over at Instructables from last week, it’s turning out to be quite popular. So far it’s been featured at Hacked Gadget, MAKE Online, and Yanko Design. Mind you, it’s also been on Elektroda.pl, but you may not find it to be that interesting unless you’re fluent in Polish.
