The Parallax PING sensor is cool, but it's more useful when mounted on a servo so it can scan the environment.
The PING))) Sonar sensor is a pretty cool sensor, but the fine folks at Parallax have improved its usability by producing this inexpensive mounting kit that lets you swivel your PING))) left and right 180 degrees to scan the environment.
It includes the aluminum bracket, mounting hardware, and a servo. It's a pretty good deal!
