Electronic Components - Transistors
We use a good number of transistors at Solarbotics because many of our designs don't need much more than a handful to make a really cool circuit. We've got a good variety of signal and small-power transistors and FETs for your project. 
But you won't find many of those itty-bitty impossible-to-handle-whups-I-lost-it surface mount parts here. Our transistors the way they were meant to be made: large enough to cause pain when you step on them!
