Construction Materials
Sintra is an expanded PVC sheet which takes cyanoacrylate (superglue) and epoxy glues well. These 8"x12" sheets come in many colors and several thicknesses, and are easily sawed scored or even cut with scissors. 
If you want to fold your shape from sintra, heat it to 65ºC (boiled water works very well) and gently "persuade" it to the shape you need!
